Análisis de la política de comunicación institucional durante la crisis del coronarivus

Abstract

In this work, I analyze the communication policy management carried out by the press office of the “City” Council of Cassà de la Selva during the outbreak and first months of the Covid-19 pandemic. After indicating the problems that I have noticed in this regard, I present some possible solutions, as a guide, to improve, or to create, a communication plan, especially essential in times of crisis like the current one.
