This report is written for a summary of the user survey results conducted in the Spring semester of 2014. The purposes of this report are to evaluate current University Library website, discover why users use and what they do on the website, and find out what they expect. It will be used for IUPUI University Library Website Improvement Project in order to improve the digital user experience.
