dc.description.abstractPoster presents the process author undertook during first nine months of a Medical Library Association Research Training Institute. Final objective: We will examine the publication patterns of residents, fellows, and graduate students at a large medical school in the Midwest. Methods: We will use a set of Graduate Medical Education (GME) trainees who graduated 2018-2019 in order to examine their publication productivity as well as to analyze in which journals they publish and which journals they cite in their reference lists.en_US
