dc.description.abstract | A survey was designed for Four County Counseling Center (4CCC) in Logansport, Indiana order to assess how staff felt about coworkers and leadership, the atmosphere of 4CCC, burnout and work load, changes at 4CCC, and interactions with one’s supervisor. After sending out a survey to staff concerning morale, we analyzed the results and sent findings back to the mental health agency in hopes of improving the overall staff morale. | en_US |
