Abstract
The Resource Acquisition Model outlines steps toward more strategic and flexible use of Library funds through increasingly on demand collection building, allowing the Library to better meet the needs of all constituents. Implementation of this phased approach began in 2018 with full implementation planned for no later than the FY2023 planning cycle. Progress is regularly evaluated with revisions to the plan made accordingly.
