Abstract
Do you groan every time you see a conference paper, dissertation or foreign publication request? I will discuss various search strategies and resources that will help you locate these hard-to-find items. Once you’ve found it, how do you place the request and monitor the status? More often than not, it requires you to deviate from your regular ILLiad workflow. Learn how to integrate non-ILLiad request information back into your ILLiad records using custom emails and routing. Another key is tracking your finding aids so you can easily return to them and you’ll hear several recommendations on how easy this is to do. By the end of the program, you’ll no longer be groaning!
