Abstract
This explores concept of BATNA, best alternative to a negotiated agreement further, including how it can be a source of power even when you feel you have little power because your BATNA is unfavorable. This is the third video in the Negotiation Planning Part 1 lesson of the Foundations module of the ONEAL Project curriculum (Open Negotiation Education for Academic Libraries).
