What Would a Critical Citation Pedagogy Look Like for Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Studies?

Abstract

This conference presentation asks: what would a critical citation pedagogy look like for Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Studies? I offer some background and bibliography on citation politics, then reflect on the process of adapting Tulane Libraries' general citation politics teaching tools to Latin American Studies library guides.
