dc.description.abstractA recent assessment of IU Indianapolis' Interlibrary Loan Department's integrated purchase on demand (POD) program within our ILL workflow will be discussed. I will briefly outline how the POD program functions, provide examples of criteria we use to determine purchase decisions, and then move on to examine the findings of our assessment of the last five years of program data, which includes materials and labor expenses, circulation rates, and future concerns.
