Background Materials

The materials used throughout the Commission meetings were assembled in consecutively numbered 3-ring black binders. The Background Materials collection is organized by binder, and then by enumerated sections within each binder. The materials include letters written to the Commission, published works, interdepartmental communications, and handwritten notes pertaining to National Commission business.

Materials are in-process. Items will be added as each is completed.
