Dr. Janson uses a free, downloadable open source repository of digital designs (Thingiverse) to create a proportional upper limb bone anatomical model that can be 3D printed and assembled. To create the upper limb bone model, Dr. Janson accessed individual open source digital bones, painstakingly resized them, and added digital holes to allow for joint articulation. In addition to using the models during classroom and lab instruction, students are able to checkout upper limb bone models for home study.en_US
