Learning and cooperative planning between school and public libraries help create a community of learners. Students benefit from library programming strategies that reach them both at school and in the community. This is a story about a successful cooperative relationship between school and public libraries. The network that facilitated this relationship included the Indiana State Library and Department of Education, the Indiana Humanities Council, local businesses, and the Indiana Community Network Association.en
