dc.description.abstract | This essay will argue both that legal relativism has in fact influenced contemporary Supreme Court constitutional jurisprudence, and that such influence will not tend to be beneficial. The emphasis of this essay will be on the argument that even if relativism cannot be technically refuted as a philosophical doctrine, it offers a number of pragmatic disadvantages, with no compensating advantages. | en_US |
