dc.description.abstractSince 2022, Indiana has made it a priority to support the development of the director support workforce as the population increasingly begins aging in place. Supporting workforce development also includes sustainable examinations of the workforce. However, no workforce capacity measures or benchmarks currently exist in Indiana. This report provides a summary of the research was conducted by the Bowen Center for Health Workforce Research and Policy to identify data and measures which could be used for examining the direct service workforce.
