Abstract
There are a number of ways to approach the published works of Gadamer and Habermas. One can, for example, attempt a careful exegesis of a particular text. This Article, however, will be of a much more opportunistic character. We will herein scavenge the work of Gadamer and Habermas in hopes of making progress on a problem that, admittedly, neither writer has specifically addressed. In particular, we will seek to make progress on understanding the hate speech problem, at its most legally fundamental levels.
