dc.description.abstractDr. Goddard brings out the fact, that while sterilization promises help in checking the multiplication of defectives, it is at best a partial remedy, and he shows, on pages 7 and 8, that "the practical application of it is fraught with difficulty. " It makes it clear that it is necessary to develop the segregation plan of colonization as well.en
