For more than a decade, PPI and the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention have collaborated with local organizations to conduct Marion County’s annual Point-in-Time (PIT) Count. As mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the PIT Count reports the number of people experiencing homelessness on a single night in January. The policy brief highlights key findings and takeaways from the 2021 PIT Count to inform policy decisions and service provision.en_US
