dc.description.abstractThe Constitution recognizes the right of freedom of assembly, political participation, freedom of expression, and a number of other human rights protecting POs and their members. Likewise, the law establishes the means to acquire legal personality, and case law has defined the nature of civil associations and foundations. Nevertheless, there is a great contradiction between what regulations say and what happens in practice.en_US
