Registration to obtain legal entity status is conducted by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and it is conducted in a professional way. There are general guidelines in terms of the cost and time frame of registration. The Ministry accepts applications through an online registration system. There are criticisms regarding various technicalities of the website, but the online system makes it more transparent and accountable. Prior to registration, however, the organization has to be established by a Notarial Deed. The time and cost for notary varies. The Notary will conduct the procedures at the Ministry as part of their services.en_US
