Abstract
Lindsay Haskett’s research seeks to understand how nurses caring for COVID-19 patients experience secondary traumatic stress in the United States, China, and Kenya. During this discussion, she shares findings from her research that she hopes will help healthcare systems better support nurses during future times of crisis.
