In late 2020, Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) launched a multi-prong effort to enhance the provision of long-term services and supports (LTSS). One key component of this work is the development of a person centered and statewide Direct Service Workforce Plan (Plan) to improve the recruitment, training, support, and retention of direct service workers in home and community-based services (a sub-sector of long-term services and supports).en_US
