dc.description.abstract | In 2010, South Korea became a member of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD DAC). Although the history of South Korea as a donor country can be traced back as far as the 1960s (Choi, 2011), South Korea is one of the few countries that successfully transformed itself from an aid-receiving country to a donor country. | en_US |
