It can result in implants being positioned relatively close which may affect the final appearance of the surrounding soft tissues. Our clinical case study describes a treatment approach to restore bilateral congenitally missing maxillary canines and lateral incisors utilizing implant-supported cantilever prostheses to achieve good aesthetic and functional outcomes.
