This presentation will concentrate on civil cases, but e-discovery is also important in criminal cases as well as other types of audits and investigations. For example, see Clark v. Electronic discovery is an especially important issue for anyone in the Informatics, Media Arts and IT industries.en-USElectronic discoverySocial mediaLawInformation TechnologyThe State of E-Discovery as Social Media Goes MobilePresentation
