This bodyfloss wire is inserted into the precannulation port of the iliac branch endoprosthesis (W. L. Gore and Associates, Flagstaff, Ariz), which is then advanced from the groin. Once the bifurcated device is deployed, hypogastric access and stenting is achieved from the upper extremity.
