This article describes how a Doctor of Nursing Practice Executive Leader Student Consulting Team identified PC nurses' challenges to engaging in professional development opportunities in a clinic at Eskenazi Health. The authors spotlighted and made suggestions for modifications of the professional development opportunities for PC nurses in the health care organization.
