Lewis, "Organizational Paradigm for Effective Academic Libraries," College & Research Libraries 47 (July 1986): 337-353.00100870https://hdl.handle.net/1805/372The organizational structures of academic libraries are conisdered in light of the work of a number of organizational theorists, and related work by librarians is reviewed. An organizational paradigm for effective academic libraries is developed based on this review.
