Additionally, the capstone student was to create three video resources for the Lifestyle Redesign for Chronic Conditions Lab (LRCC) at the University of Southern California (USC), where the capstone project was virtually completed. The capstone student measured the progression of their goals through weekly reflections and a Qualtrics survey to analyze the perceived benefits of the videos they created. The capstone student successfully completed both goals of their project by the end of their 14 week rotation.
